How to burn a mkv video file with subtitles(srt) to DVD?

For the last 1 months or so, as it became increasingly obvious that my wife needed to see movies downloaded from Internet on my home's DVD player.

I have so many mkv movie files with 1.4G~4.3G size and I like to see them on my Ubuntu instead of DVD player. But now, new requirement is coming.

I have to download corresponding subtitle files(srt format) from 射手网 and convert a mkv movie file plus corresponding srt file to an ISO file by using DeVeDe.Note: please set encoding as GB18030 for chinese subtitle.

Summary:
- download srt file;
- convert mkv and srt as ISO file by using DeVeDe;
- burn the ISO to DVD with Nerolinux;
- play the DVD on DVD player;
