How to print file in Openoffice by using HP Deskjet 3538

My Deskjet 3538 only has one black inkjet print cartridge. Here is the way to use it under Ubuntu 8.04

1. File->Print->Deskjet_3500->Properties->
      Page size: A4
      Device option->Printout mode:Grayscale(Black)
      Device option->Resolution:600 dpi Grayscale(Black)
      Color:Grayscale

2. To print Chinese, I have to set a Chinese font type,e.g.WenQuanYi Zen Hei
